Well, I leave tomorrow. They come to take me away at 2:30...

I'm try not to think about it. I feel like I'm going to die or something, like my life will end tomorrow. I guess it's just because I don't know what to expect...there's nothing that can prepare you for this, you know?

I've been a sedentary artist my whole life. Going into the Army...I just hope I make it through Basic. I'm going to miss my little boy so much, and my husband and I have never been separated more than a day before. But hopefully it'll be for the best. We'll get out of this godforsaken poverty we've been stuck in for so long.

I just have to be strong.
